1. Promoters

2. Eligibility
This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are registered Love Your Body™ Club members at the time of entry.
Employees of The Body Shop, The Body Shop franchise stores, Secret Escapes, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must make a valid purchase either:
• online at The Body Shop UK website while logged into their Love Your Body™ Club account; or
• in any The Body Shop stores while confirming their Love Your Body™ Club membership during the competition period.
Love Your Body™ Club membership is free. You can join at https://www.thebodyshop.com/pages/lybc/love-your-body-club or by speaking to a member of our in-store team.
One entry will be granted per member per transaction. No minimum spend required. No additional purchase is necessary beyond the qualifying transaction.
4. Competition Period
Entries open at 09:00 on 10 December 2025 and close at 09:00 on 11 December 2025. Purchases made outside this period will not qualify.
5. Prize
There will be one (1) winner.
The prize consists of £350 Secret Escapes credit, supplied by Promoter 2, to be used towards booking a UK stay for two.
Additional prize information:
• Bookings are subject to Secret Escapes availability, terms and conditions, and any blackout dates.
• Secret Escapes booking terms and conditions apply, please refer to https://www.secretescapes.com/terms-and-conditions.
•The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.
• Additional travel/ transport or accommodation outside the credits provided as part of the prize, meals, insurance, and any additional expenses are not included, unless otherwise stated by Secret Escapes.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the competition closing date.
The winner will be contacted using the email address linked to their Love Your Body™ Club account.
The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, with a follow up email in 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture and a new winner to be selected.
Once the prize has been accepted, the winner’s details will be shared with Secret Escapes (Promoter 2) for prize fulfilment. To redeem the prize, the winner will be required to have or create a free Secret Escapes account. Membership is free, and an account must be active in order for the £350 credit to be applied. Failure to create or maintain an active account may prevent prize fulfilment.
7. Verification
The Body Shop reserves the right to verify eligibility, including Love Your Body™ Club membership details and qualifying purchases. Entries that do not comply with these terms may be disqualified.
8. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed by The Body Shop and Secret Escapes in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Data will be used solely for the administration and fulfilment of this competition unless the participant has opted in to receive additional marketing.
9. General
The Body Shop reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Body Shop’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
